01Is it free to create an account?

Yes. Creating a candidate account is free. Exam access depends on whether the exam is public or restricted to invited candidates.

02Do I need to install anything?

The platform runs in your browser. Use a current browser and read the exam instructions for any fullscreen or other requirements.

03What happens if my internet connection drops?

Answer changes are saved automatically while you are connected. Pending changes can recover after a refresh in the same tab and retry when you reconnect. Keep the exam open and check the saving status: answers must reach the server before the exam deadline.

04Can I pause the timer?

No. The server controls your exam deadline. Leaving the page or losing your connection does not pause or extend it.

05Can I take an exam on my phone?

The interface adapts to smaller screens. Device and fullscreen requirements depend on the exam settings, so review the instructions before starting.

06How do I access an invitation-only exam?

Use the invitation link and register with the invited email address. After account verification, eligible assigned exams appear on your dashboard.
